Hi, I’m Russel CP. This is my fitness journal where I will be documenting my efforts to lose weight, be fit and stay healthy.

My main goal is to get my Body Mass Index down from 33.37 to 25.

How will I achieve this? The simple answer is through Exercise and Diet.

The long answer is through Exercise and Diet. Yes you read it right, Exercise first, diet second. I’m not going to starve myself, I’m not going to take  diet pills, fat burning supplements, and fad diets. I’m also not going to do calorie counting, no carbs diets,  and high protein diets.

I’ll burn off the fat, stay of the fatty foods, and eat more fruits and vegetables.
